Godrej Properties Reports Strong Q4 Results: PAT Jumps 70% YoY to Rs 650 Crore

India’s leading real estate developer, Godrej Properties, has announced its Q4FY26 financial results, reflecting strong growth across key financial metrics. The company reported a significant 70% year-on-year (YoY) increase in profit after tax (PAT) to Rs 650 crore, driven by robust revenue growth and efficient cost management.

In the fourth quarter, Godrej Properties recorded a consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 3,458.13 crore, a substantial 63% increase from Rs 2,121.73 crore in Q4FY25. Total income for the quarter rose to Rs 3,806.65 crore, up 42% from Rs 2,681.06 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Profit before tax (PBT) for Q4FY26 came in at Rs 869.40 crore, marking a 53.4% increase from Rs 566.88 crore in Q4FY25. The earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at Rs 21.58, a significant improvement from Rs 12.68 in the year-ago quarter.

For the full financial year ended March 31, 2026, Godrej Properties reported a consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 5,131.43 crore, a 4.2% increase from Rs 4,922.84 crore in FY25. Total income for the year grew to Rs 8,410.88 crore from Rs 6,967.05 crore, representing a 20.7% increase. Profit before tax (PBT) for the year stood at Rs 2,550.58 crore, up 48% from Rs 1,722.62 crore in FY25.

Profit after tax (PAT) attributable to owners of the company came in at Rs 1,850.20 crore for FY26, reflecting a 32.2% increase from Rs 1,399.89 crore in the previous financial year. Annual earnings per share (EPS) stood at Rs 61.43, up from Rs 49.02 in FY25.

In addition to the strong financial performance, the Board of Directors of Godrej Properties has recommended a dividend of Rs 10 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholders’ approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
