Godrej Properties Q4FY26 Results

Godrej Properties reported a consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 3,458.13 crore in Q4FY26, up from Rs 2,121.73 crore in Q4FY25, marking a substantial growth of 63% YoY. Total income increased to Rs 3,806.65 crore, compared to Rs 2,681.06 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, reflecting a 42% YoY rise.

Profit before tax stood at Rs 869.40 crore, up from Rs 566.88 crore reported in Q4FY25, representing a growth of 53.4% YoY. The Profit After Tax (PAT) attributable to owners of the company was Rs 649.88 crore in Q4FY26, compared to Rs 381.99 crore in the year-ago quarter, registering a sharp growth of 70.1% YoY. Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 21.58, up from Rs 12.68 in Q4FY25.

Godrej Properties FY26 Annual Performance

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Godrej Properties reported a consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 5,131.43 crore, up from Rs 4,922.84 crore in FY25, registering a growth of 4.2% YoY. Total income increased to Rs 8,410.88 crore from Rs 6,967.05 crore. Profit before tax stood at Rs 2,550.58 crore in FY26, compared to Rs 1,722.62 crore in FY25, marking a growth of 48% YoY.

Profit after tax attributable to owners of the company came in at Rs 1,850.20 crore, up from Rs 1,399.89 crore in the previous financial year, reflecting a growth of 32.2% YoY. Annual earnings per share stood at Rs 61.43, compared to Rs 49.02 in FY25.

Godrej Properties Dividend

Apart from the earnings growth, the Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of Rs 10 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholders’ approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
