Godrej Properties Secures 23.2-Acre Land in Greater Noida with Rs 7,000 Crore Revenue Potential
Godrej Properties, one of India's leading real estate developers, has secured a 23.2-acre land parcel in Greater Noida through an e-auction. The company plans to develop a premium residential project on this land, which is expected to generate a revenue potential of over Rs 7,000 crore based on current business assumptions.
The acquisition of this land parcel is a strategic move for Godrej Properties, further solidifying its presence in the National Capital Region (NCR). The land is located within the 750-acre DMIC Integrated Township, which boasts modern infrastructure and is rapidly becoming a prime residential and commercial hub.
The residential project will consist of premium apartments in various configurations. The location offers excellent connectivity through major highways such as the Eastern Peripheral Expressway and the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Additionally, the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar is expected to further enhance the area's appeal.
Godrej Properties has experienced consistent customer demand in the Greater Noida market over the past few years. Two of its recent project launches in the region during FY26 generated sales bookings of approximately Rs 1,500 crore each. This new acquisition will further strengthen the company's development pipeline in NCR, a key market for the company in terms of booking value and project additions.
