Godrej Properties has acquired a 30-acre land parcel in South Bengaluru for the development of a large-scale township project.
The estimated revenue potential of the 30-acre township project is around Rs 3,500 crore.
Godrej Properties recently purchased 26 acres in Sarjapur in October for a housing project expected to generate Rs 1,100 crore in revenue.
The total development potential of the 30-acre township is 3 million sq ft.
The total value of primary housing market sales across the top seven cities is projected to grow over 19% year-on-year in FY26, surpassing Rs 6.65 lakh crore.
