Real Estate Pune:Godrej Properties, a leading real estate developer, has announced the development of two prime land parcels in Pune and Bengaluru. The Mumbai-based company has acquired a nearly 11-acre land parcel in Pune, which will be developed into a Group Housing and High Street Retail project. The project is expected to have a developable potential of nearly 2.2 million square feet, with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 1,800 crore.

In addition, Godrej Properties has also purchased a nearly 7-acre plot in Thanisandra, North Bengaluru, to develop a high-end residential project. The project is expected to have a developable potential of nearly 9 lakh square feet, with a revenue potential of nearly Rs 1,200 crore.

The company's stock has been in focus, with shares ending 3.35% higher at Rs 3207.80 on BSE. The market cap of the realty firm rose to Rs 89,195 crore on BSE. Godrej Properties stock has gained 102% in one year and 60.33% in 2024.
