The property is bought by Tanya Dubash, daughter of Godrej Industries chairman Adi Godrej, through Shaula Real Estates Private Limited.
The carpet area of the duplex is 9,214 sq. ft. (856 square metre).
Naman Xana is a 40-storied luxury residential project by Shree Naman Group, spread over 0.64 acres and scheduled for completion by 2027. It includes features like sea views and improved connectivity through the Coastal Road.
