The two major infrastructure projects are the River View Apartments and a hotel-cum-commercial complex near the 1090 Crossing.
The total estimated investment for these projects is approximately ₹3300 crore.
The River View Apartments will offer a mix of 1BHK to 4BHK flats, penthouses, units for EWS and LIG, swimming pools, gyms, yoga centers, and green spaces.
The hotel-cum-commercial complex will serve as a hub for business activities, attracting national and international investors, and providing excellent connectivity and accessibility.
Both projects incorporate energy-efficient technologies, rainwater harvesting systems, waste management solutions, and green building certifications to ensure environmental sustainability.
