The new lease agreements cover office spaces in the Kyoto West and East Towers at Bagmane Capital Business Park.
The lease agreements include a 15% rent escalation after the first year and another 15% increase after three years.
Bagmane Constructions Pvt Ltd is the landlord for both properties.
