The Goregaon-Mulund Link Road (GMLR) is a 12.2-kilometre east-west corridor in Mumbai, set to become the city’s fourth major connector. It will link Goregaon in the west to Mulund in the east, significantly reducing travel time and congestion.
The construction of the GMLR is officially underway, with tunnelling work for the twin tunnels beneath Sanjay Gandhi National Park set to begin by August 2025.
The GMLR will dramatically cut travel time from 90 minutes to just 20-25 minutes, improve access to key employment hubs, commercial zones, and lifestyle destinations, and raise the profile of Mulund, enhancing its real estate value.
Piramal Revanta is a 12-acre integrated development in Mulund, offering over 50% open spaces, a biophilic design, and more than 50 curated amenities. It is positioned at the entrance of the GMLR corridor, making it highly accessible and visible.
Rayansh is the final tower at Piramal Revanta, rising 48 storeys high. It offers panoramic views of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park and Mulund skyline, with spacious layouts and refined interiors, making it a unique and sophisticated living experience.
