The Property Show GUJCON is an event organized by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI) to promote the real estate sector and discuss initiatives for affordable housing and sustainable development.
Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel inaugurated the Property Show GUJCON in Ahmedabad.
CM Bhupendra Patel emphasized the need to revise the concept of affordable housing, particularly focusing on the construction of more 1BHK and 2BHK units, and ensuring that all benefits and concessions reach the end consumers.
During the event, CREDAI's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative was launched, and an MOU was signed between CEPT University and CREDAI to introduce training courses for plumbers and electricians.
