Land records in the state are fully digitized, making it easier for developers to navigate the regulatory landscape. 'We have determined fixed timelines for giving all necessary approvals for real estate development. Therefore, all top developers of the country are ready to invest in Gujarat,' Patel remarked.

The state is also promoting green buildings and renewable energy projects, further enhancing its appeal to environmentally conscious investors. Gujarat has become the best destination for real estate development, and Patel urged realtors to explore business opportunities at GIFT City near Ahmedabad and the upcoming Dholera Industrial City, which spans 920 square kilometers.
