Nagarampalem police in Guntur have apprehended a woman and her son for orchestrating large-scale real estate frauds by creating fake property documents and swindling victims of several crores.

The accused were charged with creating fake property documents and orchestrating large-scale real estate frauds, swindling victims of several crores.
The accused are Palvai Prasanna Lakshmi (48) and her son Palvai Jayakrishna (31), both residents of Pandaripuram, Guntur.
The police first investigated the accused in 2015 for a similar real estate fraud involving a property valued at Rs 4.50 crore.
So far, eight cases have been registered against the accused in different police stations in Guntur.
The police are conducting awareness campaigns to educate the public about common fraud tactics and the importance of verifying property documents before making transactions.
