Heena Lalwani paid ₹113.42 crore for the luxury apartment in Juhu.
The apartment is 9,862 sq ft and is located on the 10th floor of Lodha Developers’ Avalon Tower.
The transaction was registered on August 18, 2025.
Financial consulting company Sahastraa Advisors Private Limited bought a luxury apartment in the same building in Juhu for ₹106.52 crore in January 2025.
