Hero Realty Acquires Prime Land in Mohali for Rs 260 Crore

This strategic purchase, conducted through an auction by the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA), is set to bolster the company's presence in the region and pave the way for a new real estate project in Sector 99.

Beyond Mohali, Hero Realty is actively developing over 5.2 million square feet of residential projects across Delhi-NCR and Punjab.
