Hero Realty acquired the land for Rs 262.75 crore through an auction conducted by the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA).
The new land is located in Sector 99, Mohali, and spans 8.71 acres.
Hero Realty is currently developing a 18.5-acre project in Sector 88, Mohali, which includes 544 units in Phase 1 and 650 units in Phase 2. The third phase has also been recently launched.
