Hiranandani Sands is a 225-acre integrated coastal township located in Alibaug, near Mumbai. It is designed as a lifestyle extension hub with luxury homes, hotels, and various amenities.
The estimated revenue of Hiranandani Sands is Rs 170 billion.
The project is led by Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, Managing Director of Hiranandani Group.
Hiranandani Sands will feature private beachfront access, a jetty, five hotels, a mega convention center, an eco-wellness hub, beachside entertainment, and a global education center.
