Hiranandani Sands is India’s largest integrated coastal township in Alibaug, Maharashtra, developed by Hiranandani Communities. It is a luxury lifestyle extension of Mumbai, combining premium residences with hospitality and leisure offerings.
The estimated topline for Hiranandani Sands is ₹17,000 crore.
Hiranandani Sands will offer a private beachfront, personal jetty, mega convention centre, eco-wellness hub, wedding destination, yacht club, and one of Alibaug’s largest water sports hubs.
