Over 4,000 housing societies have already registered to seek redevelopment advice.

HOMETHON Property Expo 2024 is also taking a step towards sustainability by planning to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Maharashtra. Against this backdrop, and with the added excitement of the festive season, this property exhibition is uniquely positioned to help home buyers achieve their long-cherished dream of owning a home.”

HOMETHON 2024 will also provide visitors with personalized guidance on the home-buying process through one-on-one consultations with real estate professionals. This comprehensive approach ensures that buyers can make informed decisions and find the perfect property to match their needs and aspirations.
