Real Estate Maharashtra:Mumbai, October 7th, 2024 In a grand celebration of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region’s (MMR) thriving real estate market, the third edition of HOMETHON Property Expo 2024, organized by NAREDCO Maharashtra, kicked off at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai today. The expo has seen the launch of more than 77 new projects, with over ₹10,000 crore worth of inventory being showcased. To further boost the real estate ecosystem, NAREDCO Maharashtra has launched the 'Redevelopment Council' initiative. This special window at the expo is designed to assist housing societies from across the MMR and other parts of Maharashtra with their redevelopment proposals. Over 4,000 housing societies have already registered to seek redevelopment advice.

HOMETHON Property Expo 2024 is also taking a step towards sustainability by planning to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Maharashtra. This initiative, aimed at promoting eco-friendly and sustainable urban development, will be spearheaded by the Maharashtra State Agriculture Price Commission, chaired by Shri Pasha Patel.
