House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) is a branded land developer founded in 2020. It has around 30 million square feet under active development across prime locations in India, including Alibaug, Anjarle, Ayodhya, Varanasi, Dapoli, Goa, Khopoli, Nagpur, and Neral in Maharashtra.
To purchase a plot in Vrindavan through the Zepto app, simply type ‘land’ in the search bar, and you will be directed to HoABL’s dedicated page. From there, you can browse available plots, submit inquiries, and connect with a HoABL expert for a video consultation within 10 minutes.
HoABL’s payment structure is designed to be affordable and flexible. Buyers start with a small, fully refundable token amount to express interest. Subsequent payments are staggered, making land ownership more manageable and stress-free.
