The victims lost Rs 22.5 lakh in the real estate scam.
The fake real estate venture was named Skanda Sri Infra Developers.
The couple allegedly began threatening the victims when they demanded the registration of the plots.
The Bowenpally police station handled the case and arrested the suspects.
