The main charge against the arrested individuals is cheating unsuspecting citizens by tricking them into transferring ownership of their properties through fraudulent sale deeds.
Jabbar Khan Munshi Khan is a real estate broker and the mastermind behind the fraud. He ran a consultancy named JK Enterprises in Somajiguda and orchestrated the scheme to defraud victims.
The accused convinced victims to transfer their properties by falsely claiming that the victims had poor CIBIL scores and were ineligible for loans. They presented the transfer of property to their associates as a workaround to secure the loan.
Citizens should not approach unauthorised individuals or agencies for property loans. They should verify the credentials of financial consultants and only engage with recognised banks and licensed institutions for property-related transactions.
The Hyderabad Police conducted a significant crackdown and arrested the three individuals involved in the fraud. They also issued a public advisory to raise awareness and prevent similar incidents.
