Kirthi Infra is accused of taking advance payments for apartments and failing to refund the money when the transactions were not completed. This led to the LB Nagar police registering a case against the company's officials.
The primary complainant is Bharatha Raveender, a resident of Chanchalguda, who paid ₹32 lakh as an advance for an apartment but did not receive the refund he requested.
According to a police officer, approximately 100 people have paid the accused for houses, but not all have filed complaints.
Potential buyers are advised to be cautious when making advance payments, verify the credentials and financial stability of real estate developers, and keep detailed records of all transactions and communications.
The LB Nagar police are urging anyone who has been affected by Kirthi Infra to come forward and file a complaint. They are investigating the matter to identify all victims and ensure justice is served.
