Credai, the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India, is a national association of real estate developers in India. It aims to promote the real estate sector and ensure transparency and accountability in the industry.
The Hyderabad Property Show 2025 attracted more than 50,000 visitors over its three-day duration.
The event featured a diverse range of properties, including apartments, villas, plots, and commercial spaces, all of which were RERA-approved.
During the inauguration, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy reiterated the government’s focus on strengthening infrastructure, enabling transparent investments, and positioning Telangana as a growth-driven state.
Credai members requested the Central Government to reconsider imposing higher GST on critical input materials like cement and to provide additional tax incentives for the housing sector to encourage cost reduction and home purchases.
