More than half of the registrations (52%) were for homes under ₹50 lakh, although this share is gradually decreasing from 60% last year.

Sales of homes in the ₹50 lakh to ₹1 crore range increased slightly from 25% to 26%. The luxury home segment, priced above ₹1 crore, also saw a notable growth, rising from 14% to 21% of all sales.

High-end sales were particularly strong in premium areas such as Shaikpet, Kondapur, and Hitech City. The most expensive flat sold in June was worth ₹7.85 crore in Shaikpet. Other high-value registrations included:
