Hyderabad Real Estate Market on the Rise: CREDAI to Host Annual Property Shows
Real Estate Maharashtra:The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI), the apex body of private real estate developers in the country, is set to host its annual event, themed 'CREDAIbility', with three property shows in Hyderabad. The events are scheduled to take place on August 2-4 at Hitex Exhibition Centre, August 9-11 at Shree Conventions, Kompally, and August 23-25 at Nagole Metro Station.

CREDAI-Hyderabad President V. Rajasekhar Reddy announced that the events will serve as platforms to explore government policies aimed at boosting the real estate sector. Reddy highlighted the robust real estate market in Hyderabad, noting its resilience to major disruptive events such as state and central government elections. Recent data indicates a 12.5 per cent surge in property registrations within Hyderabad metropolitan limits between December 2023 and June 2024, with 2.18 lakh registrations recorded during this period compared to 1.94 lakh the previous year.

Reddy emphasized that initiatives like the Regional Ring Road (RRR), Musi River beautification, expansion of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) areas, and township plans will further boost the real estate business in Hyderabad. He added that Hyderabad has surpassed other metro cities in the luxury residence segment.

N Jaideep Reddy, President-elect of CREDAI-Hyderabad, remarked that Hyderabad is increasingly becoming a prime destination for investors and homebuyers due to its favourable climate and attractive investment opportunities. He encouraged homebuyers to attend the property shows to explore premium projects and gain comprehensive insights into Hyderabad's real estate landscape.

B Jagannath Rao, General Secretary of CREDAI-Hyderabad, emphasized that Hyderabad is a prime destination for real estate investment, offering a secure and exceptional living and working environment. Recognized for its top-notch infrastructure and connectivity, Hyderabad ranks highly in the Ease of Living Index by MoHUA (2021).

The CREDAI property show will feature RERA-approved properties, ensuring the highest standards in the real estate industry. The event aims to provide homebuyers with a platform to discover properties that resonate with their dreams and aspirations.
