Real Estate:Hyderabad's real estate market has recorded the highest sales value in H1 2024, with a total of ₹58,841 crore worth of homes sold in the city. This remarkable feat can be attributed to the city's western corridor, which accounted for 60% of the total sales. The northern and eastern regions collectively contributed a substantial 35% to the total sales value.

According to Rajashekhar Reddy, president of CREDAI Telangana, the city has witnessed a compound annual growth rate of 29% in the total value of unit sales from H1 CY19 to H1 CY24. This growth is a testament to the city's thriving real estate market.

The value of units sold in H1 CY24 has seen a staggering 257% increase compared to H1 CY19. Furthermore, there has been a 148% surge in housing unit sales, with 38,643 units sold in H1 CY24 versus the same period in 2019.
