Hyderabad Shocking Incident: Real Estate Executives Attempt to Sexually Assault Woman
Real Estate:In a disturbing incident, two real estate executives were arrested by the Hyderabad police for allegedly attempting to sexually assault a woman in Miyapur. The accused, identified as Sangareddy and Janardhan, work in the real estate sector.

The victim, a resident of Kadapa, had traveled to Hyderabad in search of a job. On June 30, she met the accused, who promised to help her find a job. They picked her up from her hotel and drove her to Yadagirigutta for a meeting. After the meeting, around 10 30 PM, the accused halted the car near an under-construction building, claiming that the car had broken down.

The accused then offered the victim food and drinks, which she initially refused. However, after consuming a cool drink and a sweet, she began to feel dizzy. Taking advantage of her condition, the accused allegedly undressed, abused, and beat her, and then attempted to sexually assault her until the early hours of July 1.

The victim reported severe body pains following the attack. The accused later dropped her back and fled the scene. Based on the victim's complaint, Uppal police registered a zero FIR, and the case was later transferred to Miyapur police station.

The police have registered a case under sections 376 (punishment for rape), 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt), 509 (intended to insult the modesty of a woman), and 420 (cheating and dishonestly) of the Indian Penal Code. The accused have been placed under judicial remand, and further investigation is ongoing.
