The Raidurg auction is significant because it set a new record for land prices in Hyderabad, selling a 7.67-acre plot for ₹1357.59 crore, or ₹177 crore per acre. This reflects strong investor confidence and the strategic importance of Raidurg as a key area for development.
The Raidurg auction was conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) with the assistance of JLL India and MSTC as exclusive transaction advisors.
The value of land in Hyderabad has shown remarkable growth over the years. In 2017, Raidurg plots fetched ₹42.59 crore per acre, while in 2022, Neopolis, Kokapet auctions achieved up to ₹100.75 crore per acre. In 2025, Raidurg set a new benchmark with ₹177 crore per acre, a fourfold increase since 2017.
