HYDRAA Clarifies: Land Dispute Between Vertex Real Estate and Chaitanya Reddy Is Private
Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) has made it clear that it will not meddle in private property disputes. The agency has reiterated that it will take firm action against encroachments on government lands, lakes, parks, and public utility spaces.
The land dispute between Vertex Real Estate and Chaitanya Reddy in Tukkuguda municipality is entirely private in nature, according to HYDRAA. The agency, after receiving a complaint, called both parties for a transparent inquiry and made it clear that HYDRAA would not intervene in ownership disputes between individuals.
Whenever Vertex attempted to encroach on public resources, HYDRAA took strict action. Illegal constructions at Sooram Lake were demolished, and soil dumping at Kottakunta Lake was treated as a serious violation. Two separate cases have been registered against the company.
The agency strongly condemned remarks by Sunkari Naresh, who was earlier removed from the High Court Bar Council but secured a technical stay. HYDRAA said its charges were fabricated and aimed at falsely linking private disputes to its operations.
Chaitanya Reddy has also complained that Naresh, along with middlemen, demanded Rs 50 lakh from her. HYDRAA confronted the accused individuals and, based on preliminary findings, filed a case at Pahadishareef Police Station for a deeper investigation.
HYDRAA appealed to the public not to fall prey to middlemen’s false claims and assured that the agency is committed to transparency. It stressed that ongoing developments will bring out the facts and that the people should be vigilant against misinformation.
