The Green Sabha aims to promote the use of sustainable products and technologies in the construction and real estate sector, highlighting the role of sustainable buildings in improving health, creating jobs, reducing waste, and building climate resilience.
The CII GreenPro ecolabel is a Type-1 Ecolabel accredited by the Global Ecolabelling Network (GEN). It certifies over 11,500 products and provides sustainability information to support informed decisions in building and manufacturing.
Poorva Keskar highlighted the upcoming Green Building Congress 2025 and encouraged Pune’s stakeholders to align with national net-zero goals and international climate commitments.
The panel discussion was led by Hrishikesh Manjrekar and included industry leaders such as Samali Khinvasara, Tanay Paranjape, Alok Kale, and Pratik Potnis.
Amar Builders were felicitated with the GreenPro Facility Services plaque for two of their projects, marking Maharashtra’s first and India’s second recognition of this kind.
