Real Estate Maharashtra:Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has further expanded its presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with the signing of its fifth Ginger branded hotel in Thane, Maharashtra. This greenfield project, located in the heart of the business district, boasts 200 keys and embodies Ginger's lean luxe design philosophy.

Speaking on the occasion, Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President - Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said, 'The signing of our fifth Ginger hotel in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region in Thane aligns with IHCL's strategic vision of expanding its presence in key urban centers in India. Thane, with its rapid development, has emerged as a residential and commercial hub in Maharashtra.'

The hotel features Qmin, the signature all-day diner presenting a delightful array of global and local favorites, along with a bar. Additionally, it will offer modern amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center, over 2000 sq. ft. banquet hall, and well-equipped meeting rooms.

Rahul Jagdale and Rohit Jagdale, Directors of Jagdale Infrastructure Private Limited, expressed their delight in joining forces with IHCL for this new project, saying, 'We look forward to bringing the vibrant brand of Ginger to a new address in Thane.'

Thane, a significant destination for both business and leisure travelers, is home to numerous IT parks, businesses, and shopping centers. With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 35 hotels, including 12 under development, in Maharashtra.
