IndiGo Launches Direct Flights from Navi Mumbai to Ahmedabad and Rajkot

Ahmedabad: In a significant boost to air connectivity between Gujarat and Maharashtra, IndiGo has announced the launch of new direct flights connecting Navi Mumbai International Airport with key Gujarat cities, Ahmedabad and Rajkot. These services will commence on March 29, 2026, and are expected to strengthen short-haul regional operations and improve connectivity between Gujarat’s commercial and tourism hubs and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The airline will deploy its ATR aircraft on these routes, offering a comfortable and efficient travel experience. For Ahmedabad, IndiGo will operate daily direct flights. Flight 6E 7018 will depart from Ahmedabad at 7:10 pm and arrive in Navi Mumbai at 8:40 pm. The return flight, 6E 7017, will leave Navi Mumbai at 9:10 pm and reach Ahmedabad at 10:35 pm.

This new service is expected to benefit business travellers, industry stakeholders, and frequent flyers commuting between Gujarat’s financial capital and Mumbai’s upcoming aviation hub, ensuring smoother and more time-efficient travel.

For Rajkot, a key city in Saurashtra, IndiGo will introduce a convenient early morning daily service. Flight 6E 7045 will operate from Navi Mumbai to Rajkot between 7:00 am and 8:15 am. The return flight, 6E 7046, will depart from Rajkot at 8:45 am and arrive in Navi Mumbai at 9:45 am. This service is anticipated to enhance connectivity for business travellers and the MSME sector in Rajkot, which has emerged as a major industrial and engineering hub in Gujarat, facilitating faster access to Mumbai’s expanding commercial ecosystem.

In addition to Ahmedabad and Rajkot, IndiGo will also launch daily services connecting Navi Mumbai with Diu, Goa, Belgaum, and Kolhapur from the same date. These new routes build on IndiGo’s expanding presence at Navi Mumbai, offering convenient schedules, greater flexibility, and seamless air travel.
