Real Estate News:Indore is set to host the “Madhya Pradesh Growth Conclave 2025—Cities of Tomorrow” on July 11. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will inaugurate the event, which will see direct interaction with leading investors from the hotel, tourism, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.

More than 1,500 investors, industrialists, and corporate delegates from across the country are expected to join the conclave, which aims to shape the state’s urban development blueprint. The event will highlight major investment opportunities in various sectors, including metro rail, e-buses, multi-modal hubs, affordable housing, waterfront development, sewage networks, e-governance, clean energy, electric vehicles, and smart roads.

Chief Minister Yadav will arrive at 1:30 pm to tour the exhibition area and meet special guests. The formal inauguration will take place at 3 pm with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp. Urban Development & Housing Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya and senior officials from the Urban Administration Department will also attend. Exhibitions by CREDAI, IDA, Smart City, Housing Board, Metro, HUDCO, LIC, and others will showcase key projects.

Four technical sessions are scheduled, covering:
- Modern technology for urban excellence
- Cities as centers of economic growth
- Sustainable green urbanization for the future
- Urban transport systems of tomorrow

Yadav will also launch the MP Locker, unveil the Urban Transformation Summit 2025 brochure, witness MoU signings, and inaugurate the “Saugat” initiative. Short films on urban investment opportunities in Madhya Pradesh will be screened, and appreciation certificates will be presented to investors.

Madhya Pradesh is highlighting major investment potential in various sectors. The state has already built over 8,32,000 affordable houses, with work on another 1 million units underway, representing around Rs 50,000 crore in potential investment. Urban areas now benefit from piped water supply networks, full sewage coverage, and 23 municipal services offered on digital platforms. Over 17,000 infrastructure projects are currently being implemented, alongside Rs 2,800 crore for cleaner environments and Rs 2,000 crore for waterfront projects.

To curb pollution and encourage sustainable transport, the state is launching 552 electric buses under its Electric Vehicle Policy 2025. Projects worth Rs 21,000 crore are underway to modernize urban transport networks and improve mobility across cities.
