Jeetendra sold a 2.39-acre property in Mumbai’s Andheri area, which includes three buildings with a built-up area of around 4.9 lakh square feet.
The property was bought by NTT Global Data Centres and Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited.
The property was sold for Rs 855 crore, with a stamp duty of Rs 8.69 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
