The land currently houses Balaji IT Park and includes three constructed buildings with a cumulative built-up area of 45,572.14 square metres.
The family members involved in the property sale are Jeetendra, his daughter Ekta Kapoor, and his son Tusshar Kapoor, through their firms Pantheon Buildcon and Tusshar Infra Developers.
