JhREDA is the regulatory body established under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) for the state of Jharkhand. It is responsible for regulating the real estate sector, ensuring transparency, accountability, and consumer protection.
The Adjudicating Officer is responsible for hearing and deciding disputes between real estate developers and homebuyers, ensuring compliance with RERA, and maintaining the integrity of the real estate market.
To be eligible, candidates must have a law degree from a recognized university and at least five years of experience in legal practice, particularly in real estate law. Preference is given to those with experience in adjudication and dispute resolution.
