Chef Jacopo Avigo hails from the Garda Lake region in Italy, where his foundation in gastronomy is deeply rooted in the traditions of authentic Italian cuisine. His culinary journey has been enriched by years spent in Michelin-starred kitchens across Italy, as well as prestigious roles at leading luxury hotels and dining establishments in Greece, the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia.
A native of the Garda Lake region, Chef Jacopo’s culinary foundation is deeply rooted in the traditions of authentic Italian cuisine. His global narrative has been shaped through prestigious roles at leading luxury hotels and dining establishments, including senior culinary leadership at Grand Hyatt Dubai, Hyatt Regency Koh Samui, Marriott International India, and Minor Hotels Thailand.
Chef Jacopo’s journey is marked by creativity, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
