Real Estate Maharashtra:Film actor and politician Kangana Ranaut has made a significant investment in the Mumbai real estate market by purchasing an office space in Andheri (West) for Rs 1.56 crore. The office space, measuring 407 sq ft in terms of carpet area, is located at the Arc One office complex being developed by Chandra Gupta Estates.

According to registration documents accessed by Propstack, the purchase was registered on August 23, with a stamp duty of Rs 9,37,500 being paid. The Arc One office complex, registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) in October 2022, is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026.

Ranaut, who has lived and worked in Mumbai due to her career in the film industry, now represents her home state of Himachal Pradesh from the Mandi Lok Sabha constituency. She won the seat on a Bharatiya Janata Party ticket, defeating Indian National Congress' Vikramaditya Singh, son of late Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, during the 2024 general elections held earlier this year.
