Real Estate News:Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan, along with his parents, Mala Tiwari and Manish Tiwari, recently purchased an office space in Andheri West suburb for ₹13 crore. The office is located in the 'Signature by Lotus' building, as per the property registration documents examined by online real estate marketplace Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).

Registered in September 2025, the transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of ₹78 lakh and ₹30,000 registration fees. The RERA carpet area of the property is stated as 176.98 sq. m. (about 1,905 sq. ft.) while it has a built-up area of 194.67 sq. m. (2,095 sq. ft.). Additionally, the sale includes three parking spaces.

This latest real estate purchase adds to his growing portfolio of investments. Earlier this month, the actor made his first land purchase. He purchased a 2,000 sq. ft. plot worth ₹2 crore at 'Chateau de Alibaug,' a coastal project by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL).

Last year, he rented out his 1,912 sq. ft. luxury apartment in Mumbai's Juhu for ₹4.5 lakh per month. The property, jointly owned with his mother, was purchased for ₹17.5 crore and is located in the Siddhi Vinayak Presidency Co-operative Housing, according to Square Yards.

After making his debut with Pyaar Ka Punchnama in 2011, Aaryan appeared in several films, including Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 (2015), Luka Chuppi (2019), Pati Patni Aur Woh (2019) and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018). He was last seen in the 2024 horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.

The actor is all set to star in Sameer Vidwans’ next directorial, 'Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri', alongside Ananya Panday. Apart from this, he will be also seen in Anurag Basu’s romantic film, which stars Sreeleela.
