Kerala Startup Thithithara Cracks Top 40 at India PropTech Demo Day
Thithithara, an AI-based website for Malayalis to buy land or accommodation in Kerala, has made it to the top 40 at the India PropTech Demo Day, a real-estate technology exhibition organized by Realtinext in Mumbai.

Thithithara's CEO and Co-Founder, Abdul Harshad K, stated that the company offers complication-free services from advertising a property to the completion of its registration. He added that the company currently manages only properties in Kerala but plans to expand its operations to the Gulf and other countries such as Canada soon.
Thithithara's co-founder, Adnan Kotta, emphasized that the startup utilizes advanced tools such as Tharabot, an AI-based chatbot, to offer a seamless browsing experience for customers.
