Real Estate News:New Delhi, Aug 18 (PTI) The units of Knowledge Realty Trust (KRT), sponsored by the real estate firm Sattva Group and Blackstone, listed with a premium of 4% on Monday against the issue price of Rs 100 per unit. This marks a significant achievement for the real estate investment trust (REIT) market in India.

The unit started trading at Rs 104, up 4% from the issue price on the BSE. At the NSE, it listed at Rs 103, a premium of 3%. The company's market valuation stood at Rs 47,328.35 crore, reflecting the strong investor confidence in the KRT IPO.

The Rs 4,800 crore REIT initial public offering (IPO) was heavily subscribed, with a subscription rate of 12.48 times. The company had set a price band of Rs 95 to Rs 100 per unit for its initial share sale.
