Real Estate Pune:Kolte-Patil Developers, one of the largest residential real estate developers in Pune, has announced the acquisition of a 7.5-acre land parcel in Bhugaon. The land is estimated to have a saleable area of approximately 1.9 million square feet and a gross development value (GDV) of around Rs 1,400 crore.

Bhugaon, a rapidly growing suburb of Pune, is becoming a sought-after residential destination due to its natural surroundings and excellent urban connectivity. The land parcel is surrounded by premium localities such as Bavdhan and Kothrud.
