Kolte-Patil Developers reported a 13% decline in sale bookings to Rs 616 crore in Q1 FY26.
The sales volume decreased by 12.5% to 0.84 million square feet in Q1 FY26 from 0.96 million square feet in the same period last year.
The sales realization per square foot in Q1 FY26 was Rs 7,337, down from Rs 7,407 in the same period last year.
In June, global investment firm Blackstone acquired a 14.3% equity stake in Kolte-Patil Developers.
Since its establishment in 1991, Kolte-Patil Developers has constructed over 68 projects, including residential complexes, integrated townships, commercial complexes, and IT Parks.
