Real Estate Mumbai:Kolte-Patil Developers, a prominent real estate firm based in Pune, has announced a significant leadership change. In a regulatory filing, the company revealed that its Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Rahul Talele has resigned from the organization to pursue professional goals outside the company.

Atul Bohra, a chartered accountant and former CFO of Kolte-Patil Developers, will take over as the new CEO. Bohra has a rich experience of working with the company in different roles from 2012 to 2023 and has also served as the Group CFO.

Rahul Talele tendered his resignation on June 13, 2024, and will continue to work with the company as a non-key managerial personnel until August 31, 2024, to ensure a smooth transition of leadership. During his 14-year tenure with Kolte-Patil Developers, Talele played a crucial role in shaping the company's growth strategy.
