Atul Bohra, a chartered accountant and former CFO of Kolte-Patil Developers, will take over as the new CEO. Bohra has a rich experience of working with the company in different roles from 2012 to 2023 and has also served as the Group CFO.
Rahul Talele tendered his resignation on June 13, 2024, and will continue to work with the company as a non-key managerial personnel until August 31, 2024, to ensure a smooth transition of leadership.
