Land Dispute Case: Pune Police Struggle to Locate Puja Khedkar's Mother
Real Estate Pune:The Pune police have been trying to get in touch with Manorama Khedkar, mother of controversial probationary IAS officer Puja Khedkar, in connection with a land dispute case. However, they have not been successful in tracking her down. A video surfaced on social media, showing Manorama allegedly threatening some people with a gun over a land dispute in Dhadwali village in Pune's Mulshi tehsil.

A First Information Report (FIR) has been registered against Manorama, her husband Dilip Khedkar, and five others, under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS). The Pune Rural Police have booked them under sections including 323 (dishonest or fraudulent removal or concealment of property) at Paud police station.

A team of senior officers from the Pune Rural Police has been visiting Manorama's bungalow at Baner Road in the city, but they have not been able to enter the premises. Her mobile phone is also switched off. The police have stated that once they find her, an enquiry will be set up, and legal action will be taken.

The Pune Municipal Corporation has also issued a notice to Manorama Khedkar over the land dispute. The case has drawn attention to the ongoing issues in the real estate sector in Pune, where land disputes are common.

The Pune police are working to resolve the case and ensure that justice is served. However, the lack of cooperation from Manorama Khedkar is making it difficult for them to move forward with the investigation.
