Lodha Developers plans to enter the Delhi-NCR market within the next 12 months and aims to launch its first project in the region by the next fiscal year (2027).
The primary focus in the initial phase is on building a strong local operating team and conducting a pilot phase with a moderate number of projects and investment to understand the market dynamics better.
Lodha Developers expects to double its market share by the end of the decade, with 20% in MMR, 15% in Pune, and 12% in Bengaluru.
In Q1FY26, Lodha Developers' sales bookings increased by 10% to ₹4,450 crore, and total income rose to ₹3,624.7 crore from ₹2,918.3 crore in the same period last year.
