By the end of the decade, Lodha Developers expects to increase its market share to 20% in MMR, 15% in Pune, and 12% in Bengaluru.
In Q1FY26, Lodha Developers' sales bookings increased by 10% to ₹4,450 crore, and total income rose to ₹3,624.7 crore.
