Lodha Developers, a prominent name in the Indian real estate sector, is set to make significant investments in the coming quarter. The company has announced plans to allocate Rs 1,200 crore solely for construction activities. According to an investors' presentation, Lodha Developers has already invested Rs 2,930 crore on construction during the first nine months of this fiscal year. The company's Managing Director and CEO, Abhishek Lodha, informed analysts that the construction spend is expected to be around Rs 1,200 crore in the current March quarter of 2025-26.

In addition to the construction expenditure, Lodha Developers is gearing up to launch 12 new housing projects. These projects will offer a total of 7 million square feet of saleable area in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, and Bengaluru. The revenue potential of this 7 million square feet area is estimated at Rs 12,820 crore.

During the first nine months of this fiscal year, Lodha Developers has already launched 9.7 million square feet of saleable area across 20 projects, with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 22,880 crore. This aggressive expansion strategy underscores the company's commitment to growth and market leadership.

Continuing with its aggressive land acquisition strategy, Lodha Developers has acquired 11 land parcels in the MMR, Delhi-NCR, Pune, and Bengaluru. These land parcels have an estimated saleable area of 20.6 million square feet and an expected sales value of Rs 58,800 crore. The company acquires land through outright purchases and partnerships with landowners to ensure a strong pipeline of future projects.

Lodha Developers reported a 1 percent increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 956.9 crore in the third quarter of this fiscal year. In the corresponding period of the previous year, the net profit stood at Rs 944.4 crore. Total income rose to Rs 4,775.4 crore in the October-December period of the 2025-26 fiscal year, up from Rs 4,146.6 crore in the same period of the preceding year.

Lodha Developers has a strong presence in the MMR, Pune, and Bengaluru housing markets. The company has recently entered the Delhi-NCR residential market, further diversifying its portfolio and reaching new customer bases.
