The two major infrastructure projects include a 4,000-unit river view residential complex on a 51-acre site and an ₹800 crore hotel-commercial complex on a 5.5-acre plot at the 1090 crossing.
The total value of these projects is nearly ₹3,300 crore.
The residential complex will offer amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, club, and yoga centre, along with river views from all towers.
The hotel-commercial complex is intended to become an architectural landmark, boosting tourism, commercial activity, and employment in Lucknow.
The LDA plans to invite Request for Proposals (RFPs) from developers in June 2025.
