The two major infrastructure projects are the development of 4,000 river view apartments on a 51-acre site and a ₹800 crore hotel, office space, and commercial complex on a 5.5-acre plot at the 1090 crossing.
The river view apartments will be located on a 51-acre site behind the Police Headquarters on Shaheed Path in Maleshemau village, Lucknow.
The river view apartments will offer amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, club, and yoga center, along with stunning views of the Gomti River.
The LDA will develop the residential project in three clusters to encourage participation from multiple real estate companies, ensuring high-quality construction and innovative design.
The LDA plans to invite Request for Proposals (RFPs) from developers in June 2025, with the selected firms required to complete construction within three years of signing the agreement.
